This free tool helps you manage your online presence by creating a Google listing for your business. It requires you to verify and edit your information, and once you do, your business will appear on Google Search and Google Maps during a local search – like when someone nearby searches “broker near me.”

Giving back to your community has several benefits. It puts your name out there, makes you feel good, shows people you care about the community and, best of all, actually helps your community. You can also host different events that provide help for residents. Give the public a fun way to learn about you, your business and the services it provides. Host a lunch-and-learn event or offer free mortgage checkups. You can also piggyback on another local event by becoming a sponsor, speaking at the event or setting up a booth with free swag.

Consider reaching out to clients individually or send an email to all closed clients asking for a review or referral .
